Speed and quality of delivery is very important to us; we want you to be more than satisfied with our service. We make every effort to dispatch orders on the day of receipt, if received before 1pm, Monday-Friday. All UK orders are posted via first class so your order arrives as quickly as possible.
Our standard delivery means that UK & European customers should receive their goods 3-4 days after despatch and other customers should receive their goods 7-10 days after despatch. UK customers can also pay an extra £5.00 per order to use our next working day service on orders placed before 1pm Monday to Friday.
International customers can also choose to add "International Signed For" to their order for an additional charge of £6.00
How to calculate shipping charges
To make it easy for you to see the amount of shipping you will pay the site automatically calculates it for you in the shopping cart before you complete your order, however we have supplied the following tables so you can see, in advance, how we calculate shipping.
In each case there are two rows of prices. To work out the shipping costs find the value for the highest weighted item in your order and then add the subsequent item values for all the other items. That will give you the shipping costs.
The maximum shipping charge we charge to a particular country (no matter how many items are ordered) is shown in bold. This price will be charged on all orders where the total weight of items exceeds 2000g.
If the combined weight of all the items in your order exceeds 2000g you will be charged the figure shown in bold on the table. You may wish to place two unique orders to reduce the overall shipping charges.
England, Scotland, Wales and Northern Ireland (UK) is charged at a flat fee of £2.50 for First Class Delivery.
